ARISE offers consulting, interactive training, and coaching for individuals, businesses, churches, and communities.  Various topics include mental wellness, self-care, domestic violence, and workplace topics. Our interactive and engaging approach will leave participants empowered and motivated to incorporate wellness tools in their careers and personal life. We will design specific programming needs for your organization after the initial consultation.

Mental Wellness and Radical Self-Care is necessary, especially in theses times of uncertainty. I will help you create a self-care plan that will support emotional wellness. My unique approach in assessing an individuals personal and psychological needs will leave one motivated and empowered to make self-care a priority and not an after thought. Also I work with businesses to educate employees about work place mental health and other wellness topics that increase productivity and cohesiveness that support a healthy work environment.
